Ingredients
- 4 Ears of husked Corn
- 4 Tsp of Melted butter
- 1/4 Cup of Parmesan or Asiago Grated Cheese
1. In a large pot, boil an inch or so of salted water.
2. Add corn and steam for 5 minutes.
3. Place the melted butter and cheese in separate large flat bowls.
4. Remove the corn from the water, brush or roll in the separate bowl of melted butter and then roll in the cheese.
5. Serve.
