This is an experiment on how to make sosyal na arroz caldo.
Here are the ingredients that I used:
½ rotisserie chicken
a few pinches of saffron
¼ cup glutinous rice
1 cup Jasmine rice
1 piece white onion, chopped
3 thumbs ginger, julienne
5 cloves garlic, crushed
64 ounces organic chicken broth
2 tablespoons fish sauce (patis)
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
6 eggs
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
