This may be one of the healthiest oils out there because of how fully packed with nutrients it is. Not only is it a healthy cooking oil but it also has a unique flavor similar to carrot, yet not quite. Although, many people are against the manufacturing of palm oil, there are some recipes that do not harm the rainforest environment.

Many people are afraid of the fat contained in normal cooking oils. Luckily, the palm oil has the healthier fats that your body needs for energy and vitamins such as Vitamin E.

You can use this cooking oil in most forms of cooking. The fruit comes from regions that are along the equator. Due to the areas all being in line with the Equator it means that the fruit is found in most rainforests.

Southern Asian food is comprised mainly of curries and stews that contain with vegetables. The palm oil adds an extra flavor to the food that does not affect the taste in a negative way.

Northern South American food is derived from travelers that came from Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean. Most of the dishes include peppers, chillies and rice along with a type protein such as meat or lentils. The palm oil coats the hotter food yet allowing the spicy flavor to remain. You can also sauté food with it to give it a unique flavor.

Soups and stews are incredibly common in Western Africa where vegetables can be found anywhere. They also commonly use nuts such as peanuts in conjunction with palm oil.

Besides using it for special dishes, palm oil goes well with most foods. Snacks such as popcorn or bread pair well with the carrot flavored cooking oil. It can also be mixed with other kinds of cooking oils to give a different flavor to the food.

The best way to cook with this amazing and versatile cooking oil is within food that has many acidic or stronger tastes. Foods that are quite bland also benefit.

It is a great alternative to the regular cooking oil when applying it over salad dressings. You can mix it with vinegar, salt and your preferred herb to add unique flavor to your veggies too.

It's important to have many ingredients in your kitchen so that you never get bored and you can experiment with different flavor mixtures all the time. A small change can make a big difference and the interesting new flavor is always worth it.
